I wondered that too. I think certain posts - perhaps those with word "vaccine" - are shadow-banned. Because normally I would have more engagement on a post.
Yes, it's just astonishing how quickly and completely censorship has been normalized - and with the majority of our Left/Green colleagues defending it (even calling for more of it!) as necessary to protect public from 'misinformation'. No awareness whatsoever of how fascistic they have become.
Pinned it on my Twitter and GETTR accounts. Starting to take more risks on Twitter. Wish of course I had more reach (followers) but it is a war of the collective resistance, and little nibbles here and there may help consume the corrupt beast. Sorry for the odd mixed metaphors.
Anyway, at some time in the future, I imagine my account will be zapped on Twitter. Hoping that I am doing some incremental good until that happens.

I am in same position of just trying to do incremental good on twitter (on my 3rd account now), since too much truth-telling all at once is guaranteed to get one's account zapped. And even incremental truth-telling will also get it zapped at some point.
With regard to the issue of early treatment, if the query pops up again from anyone, it would be worth referring to Peter McCullough's (@P_McCulloughMD) Twitter feed, as he has highlighted the issue many times. Twitter has suspended many users for referring to vaccine injuries. In England, there are active groups in Gloucester and Leicester regularly doing Yellow Board protests and you can find these on Twitter. Yellow Board protests by 'Rebels on Roundabouts' have been done in many places as well. They started more than a year ago in Stockport, near Manchester. Yellow Board protests have also been done in pedestrianised areas, including indoor shopping centres.
Those Yellow Board demos look great! I can see it would be quite effective at messaging and creating opportunity for some passersby by to stop and talk and share their own stories of vax injury
I think the concept is the important part - the yellow boards and the giant clear uniform font (as opposed to many hand-drawn signs with often hard-to-read lettering).

I don't know where the original design for them comes from if you were looking to use it and get some made up.
