for me the most damning thing about this censorship is that it’s blatantly about supporting Corp advertisers. they prolly even know that what they’re saying IS killing ppl. they don’t care b/c the game they’re playing isn’t “discourse” or providing a digital ‘marketplace of ideas’—it’s about grossly stanning for one product over another. they’re pushers. they’re pushing a specific gene therapy that’s shown to have serious negative impact on the evolutionary scale (immune escape).
but they’re gonna push that drug regardless of if it’s the end of us [and that’s the damn truth].
And it seems so nutty now with the huge number of tweets daily on the #pfizerdocuments hashtag, to deplatform anyone for saying "Vaccine mandates kill and maim." That's really quite incontrovertible at this point, and twitter is awash in it in form of Pfizer's own raw documents. But tbh, I suspect my greater sin in that tweet was mentioning ivermectin. Each of my 4 previous twitter-jailings was for tweets mentioning IVM. The first time I went to twit-jail I had simply tweeted "My doctor prescribed ivermectin for me." They sure are scared of ivermectin!! This time I have been permanently suspended, not just jailed.
Exactly. Once I realized it all isn’t supposed to “make sense” I became much more peaceful...relaxed--as you say. I like how you further clarify the point about what “misleading” means here. Yeah, it misleads from Their narrative, that’s all. Again, reminds me of the whole curtain thing in the Wizard of Oz. The thing is, the more people (or dogs!) or facts or who/whatEVER tries to pull back that curtain, the more it will just reveal itself to all. At least...I sure hope so!!
I sure hope so too. I am quite hopeful that Elon Musk will have a positive effect on twitter. I believe a lot of deplatformed accounts will be restored all at once when he takes over. But it will take a while - months maybe - for the deal to complete and him to be confirmed as new owner.
And I agree that it was probably the "i" word in my tweet that got me permanently suspended. Crazy! I had been twit-jailed 4 times in last year prior to this permanent ban. And each time it was for an "i" word tweet. My first twit-jailing was just the tweet: "My doctor prescribed ivermectin for me." Haha! Boy are they ever scared of ivermectin!

Elon is not in charge yet. He does not officially own twitter yet. SEC and other federal agencies will try to stall that and hold it up for months with investigations etc. He represents a huge threat to the powers that be. they aren't going to hand him the keys to the mansion without a fight.if censorship on twitter were ended, the official narrative on many topics would start to fall apart pretty quickly
Well I sure hope it doesn't take years. Because free speech in the global town square honestly cannot wait that long. There will be no democracy anywhere left to save. But it does seem to me it will take a while before Musk is actually in charge, with censorship staff fired and a new sheriff minding the cyber-town.
